For patients who cannot access face-to-face treatment reliably, I am experienced in the provision of therapy via video. This technology enables me to see clients who live in rural areas and overseas. It can also be a good option for people who may be house bound as a result of illness or injury, or who travel frequently and have struggled to access consistent treatment as a result. My clients have sometimes been tentative about trialing this kind of therapy, as it can feel different to being together in physical space, however I have found with them that this is a reliable and fruitful way to maintain consistency in treatment. If you're curious about whether video therapy might be a good option for you, feel free to get in touch with me.
